LOAN VALUE: $100M Minimum to $10B

LTV; BG, SG, SBLC/MT760, MTN, US TREASURY is cases by case.(70% OR GREATER
estimated)

SKR; Gold Bullion must be held in a certified Safe Keeping Facility or
banking institution and have a verifiable Safe Keeping Receipt or Custodial
Bank Statement..

KYC: The Asset Holder must submit a KYC to begin the DD and process for the
Project funding.

PROJECT SUMMARY: Each client will also need to provide a Project Summary
for use of the funds.

FUNDS DISBURSEMENT: The funds will be disbursed to the Asset Owner in full
(minus all fees)at the time of closing. 15 to 30 days to receive funds,
Timelines are case by case.

COMISSIONS; Client's side 5% to be paid by the Client with the 70% LTV.
This will be regulated via private agreement between client's intermediates
and Client.
