Nickel based corrosion resistant alloy casting, the material cost is higher,
but the corrosion resistance is very good.It has applications in aerospace,
petrochemical, machinery, marine, environmental protection, energy, food and
other fields.
Nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy is based on nickel, plus some other
elements, so that it can resist corrosion to a certain extent, generally has
austenite structure, common nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys are nickel-
copper alloy, nickel-chromium alloy and many more. Commonly there are NS113,
NS131, NS141 and other grades.
Nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys usually need to withstand the corrosion
of atmosphere, water vapor, water and other substances, and most of them have
austenite structure. According to different elements added, they have targeted
resistance to different substances, such as high temperature chlorine
resistance. The total of nickel-copper, hydroxide-resistant nickel-chromium
alloy, etc.
