Equipment Introduction
This equipment is a semi-automatic welding machine for flat mask outer ear
straps. It is suitable for the welding of flat adult mask ear straps. The
recommended mask size is 175 (max) × 95 (max). The loading of the plane masks
requires manual assistance. The masks are transferred to the earloop welding
station through the chain plate, and the earloop are welded by ultrasound.
After the mask is made, it is transferred to the discharge station, and then
collected by the conveyor belt. Others are automatically completed by PLC
control.
