Micctech Frequency converter
Frequency converter is a power control device that uses frequency conversion technology and microelectronics technology to control AC motors by changing the frequency of the motor's working power supply. The Micctech frequency converter is mainly composed of rectifier (AC to DC), filtering, inverter (DC to AC), braking unit, drive unit, detection unit and micro-processing unit. However, traditional fans and pumps use baffles and valves for flow adjustment, the motor speed is basically the same, and the power consumption does not change much. According to statistics, the electricity consumption of fans and pump motors accounted for 31% of the national electricity consumption and 50% of the industrial electricity consumption. It is very important to use variable frequency speed regulation device on this kind of load. At present, the more successful applications include constant pressure water supply, various types of fans, central air conditioners and frequency conversion speed regulation of hydraulic pumps.
