Metal powder molding presses are mainly suitable for powdery metallurgy,
mechanical parts production, and the shaping of iron, copper, aluminum -based
powder, stainless steel powder, precision ceramics, electronic ceramics,
graphite and hard synthetic gold products.
Metal powder molding presses are used for the cold forging and formation of
nonferrous metal.

Frames and cylinders are steel wire winding structure, which ensure high
loading capacity and longer service time.
Bigger capacity with smaller working table size, stronger resistance of
deflecting load.  
Dual pressure forcing function to ensure uniform density of products.
Application of cartridge valve blocks in hydraulic system ensures continuous
and stable running of presses.
The Metal Powder Forming Presses can be equipped with an automatic feeding
device, which can achieve protective demold and general demold according to
user’s requirements.
The mechanical block positioning and stepless adjustment mechanism of the 3
positions (feeding, formation, demolding) determine the stability and
adjustment of the geometric size of the product.
