Description of LC12 Two-Component Solvent Free Silicone Conformal Coating

This product is a two-component solvent free silicone based conformal coating.
For convenience storage, it's designed as two-component, adding B component
crosslinking agent, it can be stored for seven days when sealed without water.

It does not contain solvents, environmental friendly, good adhesion, high
strength, high hardness, resistance to cold and hot shock, resistance to high
and low temperature, moisture-proof, radiation protection, insulation,
transparent flame retardant and other characteristics. It's suitable for hybrid
integrated circuit boards, automotive electronic control board, aviation
instrument panel, flexible circuit board, the computer control panel,
semiconductor crystal line protection; In LED module display sealing, due to
high refractive index, it can prevent lamp bead color temperature drift well
and will not affect the lamp lumens of pearl.

LC12-1: Contrast Light Moisture Curing Drape Coatings, the product can meet
94V0 flame retardant grade, hardness is 25HD.

LC12-2: Contrast Light Moisture Curing Drape Coatings, the product can meet
94V1 flame retardant grade, hardness is 35HD, viscosity is lower.

Instructions of LC12 Two-Component Solvent Free Silicone Conformal Coating
Mixing in accordance with the A: B = 100:2, stirring evenly, no need to add any
thinner or solvent, and then spraying, dipping, brushing; After mixing, it must
be sealed to prevent moisture to enter, it will be good to fill nitrogen to
replace air, then it can be placed 7 days, viscosity will have no changes.

LC12-1: After 130°C heat drying tunnel in 2 to 3 minutes, let the surface is
completely dry. In order to conveniently into next working procedure, placing
72 hours so that it cures at room temperature.

LC12-2: Cured by UV light source. After UV light source is cured, the surface
is slightly sticky. It can also be baked at 130 degrees for 2-3 minutes, so
that the surface is completely dry and easy to enter the next process, and then
placed at room temperature for 72 hours until it's fully cured.

LC12-1: Without heat curing, the gel time is longer, which ensures that the gun
nozzle will not be blocked during spraying and other constructions.

LC12-2: In the absence of light curing and heat curing, the gel time is longer,
which ensures that the gun nozzle will not be blocked during spraying and other
constructions.

Storage: A and B components need to be sealed and stored away from light.

In 200kg drum.

Keep in cool, dry and ventilated place. Keep away from sunlight and fire
