Description

When testing products in JOEO IPX1-6 water spray test chamber, place the sample
on the turntable of the test chamber. After the test chamber is started, the
water flow is controlled by the flowmeter and pressure, and enters the pendulum
pipe through the pipe. According to the test requirements, the pendulum tube
swings back and forth to pour water into the test object. the pendulum tube
swings 60° on both sides of the vertical line, a total of 120°. It's 15 cents
a stick. The test lasted five minutes. Then rotate the case horizontally 90°
and test for 5min.

Structure:
The door frame of the water spray chamber is insulated with high temperature
and aging resistant silicone rubber door seals, the outer shell is coated with
rust-resistant cold-rolled sheet, and the outer box is made of SUS304 stainless
steel, which has a long service life and is not easy to rust
The rotary table is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion
resistance. The height of the turntable can be adjusted, because the height of
the test sample and the height of the Spiracle must have corresponding fixed

The swing tube drive adopts a stepper motor, which has the advantages of low
noise, fast speed, and accurate angle.
The standard water tank of the rain testing equipment has an automatic water
intake function and is equipped with high and low water level alarm detection,
which can effectively prevent the water pump from being damaged due to water
shortage.
The stress free door handle can open and close the test door with one hand,
making it convenient and labor-saving.
