Introduction of Synchronous lifting jack

The synchronous lifting hydraulic system is computer-controlled overall lifting
and lowering. The technology adopts flexible steel strand load-bearing, lifting
steel strand hydraulic jack clusters, computer control, and hydraulic
synchronous lifting principles. Combined with modern construction technology,
it realizes large tonnage, large span, and large area. The super-large
components are lifted and lowered synchronously at high altitudes. The flexible
steel strand is used for load bearing, the lifting height is not limited, the
self-locking property of the anchor is improved, and any position can be locked
reliably for a long time.

Working Principle of Synchronous lifting jack

The Lifting Hydraulic Strand Jack working principle is to integrate the
prestressed anchor anchoring technology with the hydraulic jack technology,
anchor the steel strand through the anchor, and then use the computer to
centrally control the flow and oil pressure output of the hydraulic pump
station. The device drives the jack piston to extend and contract (displacement
sensor device)and forces the steel strand and the component to rise, descend,
and continuously translate to realize the overall synchronous lifting
(translation) and lowering movement.
