Industrial Tube Sheets

It is mainly used in chemical containers, such as tubular heat exchangers,
pressure vessels, boilers, condensers, central air conditioners, evaporators,
seawater desalination, and plays the role of supporting fixed tubes. The metal
material makes it not only has strong rigidity, but also has great heat
conduction performance.
The tube sheet processing begin with the lathe machining the outer circle,
upper and lower surfaces, steps, positioning slot, surface milling slot，and
then into the drilling process, for special requirements, some tube
plates/sheets after drilling have to continue to locate the hole and milling
the slot according to the required depth，that will improve the pulling force
and tightness of the expansion tube
