Sizing machine, is by immersing the product in the slurry, so that the product
coated with a layer of tempura coated pulp.Applicable to tempura products,
poultry, seafood, vegetables and other products.
1. The product is attached by the upper and lower net belt, completely immersed in
the slurry and fully wrapped.
2. Upper and lower mesh belt spacing can be adjusted.
3. Even the slurry with high viscosity can ensure smooth coating.
4. Control the amount of slurry by adjusting the fan.
5. Ice is embedded in the double slurry tank to keep the sizing at low temperature
and effectively ensure the quality of the slurry.
6. Transmission speed of conveyor belt is controlled by frequency converter,
stepless speed regulation.
7. All made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, easy disassembly and thorough
cleaning without special tools.
