The hot-air drying system of reconstituted tobacco line is mainly composed of hot air

In order to reduce the effect of temperature on the reconstituted tobacco during the
drying process,the reconstituted tobacco was dried at a lower temperature in the
whole drying process.

Functions

Working principle

The paper-making method of reconstituted tobacco is to collect the discarded tobacco
stems, tobacco powder and other raw materials in the process of cigarette production.
Through three steps of leaching and concentration, beating and making, drying and
flavoring, the reconstituted tobacco with properties close to or even better than
natural tobacco leaves are made, which can be reused in cigarette production, so as to
maximize the use of tobacco raw materials.

The nozzle of drying box is made of special aluminum alloy die extrusion profiles. The
upper nozzle and the lower nozzle is in different structures to improve the operation
