Ice Making Machines Commercial Block/Brine Block Ice Machine

When the refrigeration system works normally, the refrigerant carrier (brine)
circulates in the evaporator coil pool and the ice making pool under the action
of the mixer. In evaporator coil pool, the refrigerant absorbs the heat of the
brine temperature rise, then into the low temperature low pressure gas, and the
brine releases the heat and lower the temperature, the low-temperature brine is
put into the ice making tank under the action of the mixer, absorbing the heat
of the ice water in the ice bucket temperature raise. Re-enter the evaporator
coil pool under the action of the mixer, the temperature of the ice water in
the ice bucket decreases after the heat is released, until the temperature
drops below 0 degrees and solidifies into ice.

When the water in the ice bucket is completely frozen into ice, the ice bucket
group will be lifted out of the ice making tank by the crane successively and
put into the ice melting tank to melt ice, and then the ice shelf will be used
for dehydration, and the ice will be stored into the ice storehouse or directly
transported through the skating path. After dehydration, the empty ice bucket
is filled with water and then put into the ice making tank to continue
production.
