The equipment adopts the original gasoline-electric hybrid engine and
electronic transmission axle as the basis, which can carry out practical
operation of the engine and electronic transmission axle under working
conditions such as starting, acceleration, and deceleration, and truly display
the composition and working process of the gasoline-electric hybrid engine.
It is suitable for the teaching needs of secondary and higher vocational and
technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions for
gasoline-electric hybrid engines and maintenance training.

1. Real operable gasoline-electric hybrid engine, fully demonstrate the
composition and working process of the gasoline-electric hybrid engine.
2. The training bench panel adopts 4mm thick high-grade aluminum-plastic panel
with corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fire
prevention and moisture resistance, and the surface is treated by special
process spraying primer; The panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that
does not fade; Students can visually compare the circuit diagram and the actual
gasoline-electric hybrid engine to understand and analyze the working principle
of the control system.
3. The panel of the training bench is equipped with automotive instruments and
multi-function displays, which can display the power transmission process,
vehicle speed, etc., electronic control system fault indicators and other
parameter changes in real time.
4. The panel of the training bench is equipped with detection terminals, which
can directly detect the electrical signals of each sensor, actuator, engine
control unit, automatic transmission, hybrid unit, and power control unit pins
on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
5. The training bench is equipped with a diagnostic base, which can be
connected to a special automotive decoder to read fault codes, clear fault
codes, read data streams and other self-diagnostic functions for electronic
control systems such as engines, automatic transmissions, hybrids, and power
supplies.
6. The base in front of the equipment testing panel is equipped with a 20cm
steel table, which is convenient for placing data, testing instruments, etc.
7. The training station is equipped with throttle control device, which can
facilitate the acceleration and deceleration of the engine.
8. The training platform is equipped with installation protection devices such
as power main switch, water tank protective cover, flywheel protective cover,
etc.
9. The base of the training bench adopts steel structure welding, the surface
adopts spraying process, with self-locking caster device, flexible movement,
safe and reliable, strong and durable.
