Die Steel (Mould Steel)
We supply different types of tool steel, and die steel is a kind of steel used
to make cold die, hot forging die, die casting die and other molds. The too
steel made in China with suitable tool steel cost can meet the different needs
of different customers.

Hot Work Die Steel

Hot-work die steel refers to alloy tool steel suitable for making molds for
thermal deformation processing of metals.

Plastic Die Steel

Plastic mold steel is a kind of mould steel material used for plastic
production, is main material of plastic mold.

Cold Work Die Steel

Cold work die steel refers to die steel used to deform or shape metal in a cold
state. Since cold work molds mostly work at room temperature, the plastic
deformation resistance of the material is large, the working stress of the mold
is large, and the working conditions are harsh.

Custom Shaped Forging
It includes step shafts, gears, flanges, short cylinders, rings, or other
custom shaped forgings as per client requirement or drawings.it is mainly
applied in harbor machinery, offshore platform, mining machinery, chemical

Step Shaft Forging Component

The turning of step shaft is actually a combination of outer circle and plane
