shipment, and the inspection processes is roughly as follows:

1. Raw material inspection
The raw material manufacturer provides material analysis reports to hydraulic
cartridge valve manufacturer AAK, and AAK regularly entrusts third-party
organizations to conduct material analysis.

2. Inspection of purchased finished products outside
For some components that hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK purchased
outside, such as the coils, O-Rings, TPE back-up rings etc, the component
manufacturer provides material reports and inspection reports to AAK, and AAK
conducts size sampling before storage.

3. Self made semi-finished product inspection
For each component that is produced in our own factory, hydraulic cartridge

mass production. During production, process full-size inspection; After

4. Inspection after heat treatment

All products must pass 100% performance testing before being stored or shipped.

8. Delivery inspection
Fully inspected shipped materials consistent with the order requirements.

9. Fatigue Test
Each product is scheduled to undergo durability testing, record and track
relevant data, and mass produce after passing the inspection.
