and zinc plating.

Hot dipped galvanised wire is a heavily galvanized wire through melt zinc
coating process achieving excellent flexibility and softness. The thick zinc
coating of hot dipped galva. wire offers better corrosion resistance over
electro galvanized wire at a higher cost.

Application: As trying wire in agriculture for vines and orchards, as weaving
wire of galvanized wire mesh, hardware cloth, welded mesh in the fencing and
netting industry, as material for manufacture of springs, nails, ropes, wire
forms, packaging of products and other daily uses.

Application
The galvanized single steel wires or stranded steel wires are suitable for
cores of ACSR to improve its tensile strength. Also used in the aerial
transmission line as the line material of ground connection to avoid the
lightning strike as Messenger Wire, Overhead Ground or Static Wire, Guy Wire.

Construction
Stranded galvanized steel wire is made of carbon steel hot dipped zinc plated.
The single wires are concentrically stranded and wrapped helically around a
central wire.
