Specification: Particle size 45μm-500μm (325 mesh - 32 mesh), carbon content
85-99.9%.
Properties: The flake crystal is complete, the flake is thin and has good
toughness, excellent physical and chemical properties, and has good high
temperature resistance, self-lubrication, electrical conductivity, heat
resistance, thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance and other
properties.
Usage: Flake graphite is widely used in high-grade refractory materials and
coatings in gold industry. Such as magnesia carbon brick, crucible, etc.
Military industrial fire materials stabilizer, smelting industry
desulphurization accelerator, light industry pencil lead, electrical industry
carbon brush, battery industry electrode, fertilizer industry catalyst, etc.
After deep processing of flake graphite, graphite emulsion can be produced for
lubricant, release agent, wire drawing agent, conductive coating and so on. It
can also produce expanded graphite for flexible graphite products, such as
flexible graphite seals and flexible graphite composite products.
