Baoxiang High temperature-heat resistant conveyor belt: mainly used in
metallurgy, construction and other industries, conveying sinter, coke, cement
clinker and other high-temperature materials, material temperature does not
exceed 800℃, belt surface temperature does not exceed 220℃.
Features: epDM rubber is used as the covering layer, and the skeleton material
is made of domestic special high-temperature resistant canvas. The unique
formula design solves the key problems due to the high saturation of EPDM
rubber, poor adhesion and low inter-layer adhesion. With a light body, long
life (about 2-4 times), good heat resistance characteristics.
Heat resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (poly-
cotton) covered with high temperature or heat resistant rubber, bonded together
by high temperature vulcanization, suitable for conveying hot coke, cement,
slag and hot casting below 175℃.

Heat - resistant (high - temperature) conveyor belt selection, product use
matters needing attention:
1. Selection of heat-resistant conveyor belt:
The type of heat-resistant belt is selected according to the temperature,
surface structure and viscosity of materials transported by the heat-resistant
belt. For example, when the conveying temperature of sintered ore, coke and
other large materials is 150℃, and the contact area between the material and
the belt surface is small, the belt surface temperature is maintained at 60-
80℃; When conveying cement powder and other materials with low viscosity, the
temperature difference between the material and the temperature of the belt
surface is very small.
The surface temperature is closely related to the service life of the tropics.
It directly affects the glue and the core layer, the bonding strength between
the core layer, the wear resistance and crack resistance of the glue. The type
of topics should be selected after fully investigating and measuring the
surface temperature of the belt and other service conditions.
Thicker covering glue is an important condition to ensure the tape has a long
service life. It is recommended that the thickness of the cover glue resistant
to tropics is 6-9mm for gluing and 2-4mm for gluing.
2. Key points for use of heat-resistant conveyor belt:
The surface temperature of the whole strip should be continuously measured,
recorded and monitored to avoid unnecessary temperature rise.
To the material tape forced cooling (preferably on the layer of water
flushing);
Keep the conveying material evenly distributed according to the bandwidth, not
excessively concentrated;
Prevent the presence of oil (trace oil in the cooling water) from damaging the
belt more than the heat itself;
A belt containing hot material shall be removed promptly when it ceases to
operate;
It is better to use hot glue connection for the connection of tropics.
