Product Description
Heat resistance PPS Needle Felt Filter Bag adopet the PPS from the USA, Japan,
etc., according to other production process of high temperature resistant
filter felt, production and processing of filtering material, one of the main
products for high temperature resistant filter material.  
Performance:
1. Operation Temp. 170 ℃, Instant Temp.232 ℃, melting point 285 ℃, limit
oxygen index 34-35.
2. Operaiton is in the conditions where oxygen content ≤ 15% .
3. The fiber is anti-acid, anti-alkali and anti-corrosion, can be applied in
the operation environment which fuel containing sulfur or gas containing sulfur
oxides.
4. The occasion of containing moisture in the flue.
5. Under the condition where Temp. is 190-232 ℃ , air to cloth ration is up
to  5:1 at online dust cleaning,  and air to cloth ration is 6:1 at offline
cleaning dust.
