Gravel Pump
Gravel pump is mainly used for continuous transportation of strong abrasive
materials which can not be transported by general slurry pump due to too large
particles. It is suitable for dredging, sand absorption, river dredging, mining
and metal smelting slag transportation.
Structural features of gravel pump
1、This series of gravel pumps are mainly horizontal centrifugal pumps with
single casing structure. Special clamp is used to clamp the pump body and
cover. The outlet direction of the pump can be at any position of 360 degrees,
so it is easy to install and use.
2、The bearing assembly of gravel pump adopts cylindrical structure, which is
easy to adjust the clearance between impeller and pump body, and can be removed
as a whole during maintenance. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
3、The shaft seal of sand gravel pump includes packing seal, impeller seal and
mechanical seal.
4、The gravel pump has wide flow channel, good cavitation performance, high
efficiency and wear resistance.
5、The main driving modes of gravel pump are V-belt drive, elastic coupling
drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, variable frequency drive,
silicon controlled speed regulation, etc.
6、The flow passage parts of gravel pump are made of wear-resistant alloy cast
iron with high hardness.
7、Gravel pump uses a variety of speed and a variety of variants, so that the
pump runs in the best condition. It has long service life, high operation
efficiency and can meet many kinds of harsh transportation conditions.
