GLPOLY Battery Cell Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive

In recent years, structure of battery pack changes a lot from module to“cell to pack”for increasing energy density. Two-part thermally conductive expoy adhesive is desgined optimize thermal management of “cell to pack” battery pack.

This Oct., we received an enquiry from Toyota Tsusho, customer consulted us about a thermally conductive adhesive for “cell to pack” battery pack, requesting a thermal conductivity of 2.0W/mK and a shear bonding strength of 8MPa. GLPOLY thermally conductive adhesive XK-D20 is exactly what they need. The key characteristics of XK-D20 were verified by aging test for 1000hours, like theraml conductivity, tensile strength, shear bonding strength etc. “It seems like that the data sytisfys our design requirements, can we apply for samples for testing?” Customer asked. We provided samples for customer testing in their facility. Reliability test will last for 3 months, we were waiting for test result, we’ll update the information once we get it.
