Vertical fluoroplastic line pipeline pump

Fluoroplastic pipeline pump is based on the international standard combined with
the vertical metal pump process design. It is used for the long-term transport of
high concentration of acid, alkali, strong oxidant and other corrosive chemical
medium within the temperature of -20degree Celsius to 120 degree Celsius.

The shell is made of metal shell lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (FEP)
and the overcurrent parts are all made of plastic alloy (PTFE, FEP). It has the
advantages of various plastic pumps, such as strong corrosion resistance, good wear
resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging and no toxin and no decomposition.

The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel or cast-iron body
to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. The pump has the advantages of
corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non-oxidation,
high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure,
strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance,
long service life and so on.

Vertical structure saves space and is easy to maintain.
