The AC level 2 charger for electric car only provides power output without
charging function, and the AC output needs to be transformed and rectified by
the on-board charger itself. That's the reason why the power is generally small
due to limitation by the power of the on-board charger.

need to do is to connect the electric vehicle socket to the AC charging plug,
and start charging by scanning the code or swiping the card to charge your
electric vehicle.
