For 1.5T hydraulic valve block, AAK benchmarked with American manufacturer

Last week, the Spanish customer Salvador sent an inquiry for a hydraulic valve
block, which was the inquiry for the 4th time, and the inquiries in the first 3
times have already been placed orders for. Salvador has been engaged in the
purchase of hydraulic valve blocks for many years, and it has been successful.

In March this year, they developed a large multi cylinder hydraulic cone
crusher, which requires a hydraulic valve block weighing 1.5 tons. Salvador
found a factory in the United States to make samples, and the equipment was
successfully tested. 2 months after the promotion, there was a customer's
reservation, but the price needed to be reduced by 15%. After costing, the boss
asked to reduce the cost of the hydraulic valve block by 10%. Salvador
contacted the manufacturer of hydraulic valve blocks in the United States, but

new manufacturer.

order for 5 hydraulic valve blocks and paid the development cost. After 25
days, AAK delivered 5 hydraulic valve blocks. 2 weeks later, Salvador informed
by email that the hole accuracy of AAK hydraulic valve block absolutely met the
IT7-8 standard, and the roughness could reach Ra0.2-0.4. After it replaced the
hydraulic valve blocks of the original American manufacturer, the equipment
still operated normally. His boss was very happy to find a hydraulic valve
block supplier benchmarking the American manufacturer, and the price was 30%
lower.
