Flange Washers

Flange Washers also be known as "Flange Bolting Washers", "Spring Washers", be
used for the connection between flange and bolt. Its application equipment

Bolt flange joints are widely used in pressure vessel and pipe connections, and
Leakage is the main failure mode of bolt flange connections. The main causes of
leakage includes: differential thermal expansion/contraction, vibration, bolt
creep and vibration. By installing flange washers in bolt flange joints, the

converted into mechanical energy, to compensate the deformation of gasket and
bolt, to ensure the bolt preload meets the sealing requirements, prevent
leakage.

required load value. Then select the suitable raw material further according to
the application environment. Material such as H13, 17-7PH, Inconel 718 (see the
material document for details) are available in case of high temperature,
cryogenic (low temperature) and anti-corrosion environment.
