Our halogen-free Flame Retardant Polyester Chips offer a safe, eco-conscious
solution for producing flame-resistant fibers and BOPET films. Free from harmful

Phosphorus content ranges from 6000 to 15000 ppm.
Excellent spinnability with intrinsic viscosity from 0.66 to 0.78.
Supports production of fine denier fibers, including 0.5dpf and 150-288dty.
Performance:
Superior Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) values exceeding 32 under UL94 standards.
The LOI can be＞35 if improves phosphorus content
Can reach VTM-0 grade for advanced fire safety.
Applications:
Ideal for fire-resistant fibers used in home textiles, automotive interiors,
blackout materials, protective clothing, and luggage fabrics.
Optimal for BOPET films, compatible with 250-micron thickness.
