The fish meat picking machine is equipped with a meat picking barrel and a rubber belt for pressing meat (made of rubber material, sturdy and durable). The rolling meat picking barrel and the transmission rubber belt press each other to squeeze the fish into the meat picking barrel. The fish meat takes over 95% and adopts gear transmission, with high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, and low noise. And leave the fish skin and bones outside the meat picking bucket, and use a scraper to transport them out of the machine. A minimum of 180kg of fish can be processed at once, achieving the goal of improving raw material utilization and saving labor costs. The extracted fish meat can be directly used to produce various fish paste products: fish balls, fish noodles, fish glue, fish dumplings, and other fish sauce raw materials.
