Producing Process:
Melting the raw materials with sand core to form a primary casting, and then
put into the annealing furnace annealing. After reforming .flating .sand
blasting then picking the casting. the blank is galvanized, next making the
threa and cleaned with cutting liquid for packing, and finally loading.
Our products are mainly used in water systems, petrochemical systems, gas
systems, and water heating systems. At present, according to the product
design standards, our Malleable iron pipe fittings are divided into three
series: banded, beaded and BS with plain.
According to the different appearance treatment processes, they can be
divided into three series: Black, hot-dipped galvanized, and toast
galvanized. Therefore, for the same kind of products, we can provide
customers with different choices.
