Deodorization Equipment

Deodorization equipment is air purification equipment used to deodorize and
remove odors, and is commonly used in factories, workshops, sewage stations,
garbage factories and so on. The structure of deodorization equipment is
simple, and has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high
purification efficiency and wide range of application. For the treatment of
waste gas, more liquid absorption method of treatment; wastewater treatment,

Brief introduction
Deodorization equipment has a simple structure, low energy consumption, high
purification efficiency and a wide range of characteristics, the exhaust gas is
introduced into the purification tower by the air duct, through the packing
layer, the exhaust gas and sodium hydroxide solution for the gas-liquid two-
phase full contact absorption and neutralization reaction, the exhaust gas is
purified, and then by the mist elimination plate dehydration and mist
elimination by the fan discharged into the atmosphere. The absorbing liquid is
pressurized by water pump at the bottom of the tower and then sprayed at the
top of the tower, and finally flows back to the bottom of the tower for
recycling.
Structure
The Biological deodorization equipment consists of a round tower, connected by
flanges in sections. The specific structure consists of air inlet section,
pressure chamber, bubble liquid storage tank, two-stage spray section, cyclone
plate, out of the wind cone cap and other components. Its characteristics are:
easy to make, easy to install and maintain, high strength, small footprint.
Exhaust gas is pressed into the inner cylinder of the purification tower by the
fan to form a pressure chamber, and then by the pressure chamber are assigned
to each bubble tube, the exhaust gas through the bubble into the storage tank
absorption and neutralization of the liquid in the bubble, so that the gas-
liquid full contact to improve the purification efficiency. Then into the spray
layer, spray form using double packing, two-stage spray, so that the gas-liquid
full contact, improve the purification efficiency. The tower is equipped with a
glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fan and plastic water pump or
stainless steel water pump. When the handling air volume is more than 10000
cubic meters, two water pumps can meet the design requirements.
