CZ standard chemical process pump is suitable for chemical and petrochemical
industry, oil refinery, paper mill and pulp industry, grain industry and other
sectors to transport low temperature or high temperature liquid; Neutral or

chemical process centrifugal pump can also be used to transport a variety of

Design features of CZ pump:

The pressure acting on the shaft seal is balanced by the balance hole on the
impeller. Shaft seal can be used soft seal (cooling, or not cooling), also it can
be used a variety of structures single, double end non - balance mechanical seal.
The ball bearing is durable and its diameter size is sufficient to ensure smooth
operation. The pump body of some specifications is designed as a double volute
housing to balance the radial force. Bearing rack, including shaft, impeller,
packing box, etc. form a combination of parts, so that the pump body in the
maintenance need not be removed from the pipe (if the use of extended coupling,
motor need not be removed).Flange design, using PN16, PN25 two (according to the
difference in materials).
