Counter Flow Cooling Tower

Our counter flow cooling towers are engineered to minimize pump head
requirements and are less susceptible to icing in cold weather conditions,
ensuring year-round efficiency and reliability. With a range of cell sizes and
customizable components, frp cooling towers are tailored to meet the specific
demands of various industries.
 
Types of counter flow cooling towers
According to the noise level: ordinary type (P), low noise type (D), ultra-low
noise type (C), industrial type (G)
According to the structure of the tower, there are square towers and round
cooling towers.
Countercurrent cooling tower is the water in the tower filling, the water in
the tower from top to bottom, the air in the tower from bottom to top, this is
the counter current cooling tower.
 
Three stages of cooling tower:
1. The water distributor to the tower packing top, because the water
temperature is relatively high, can continue to transfer heat to the air.
2. The filling water at the top of the counterflow cooling tower is exchanged
with the hot gas at the bottom, commonly known as the countercurrent section.
3. When the filler reaches the bottom of the sump, the hot water will be cooled
into cold water, and the counter flow type cooling tower is more efficient than
the cross-flow cooling tower.

1. The whole counter flow cooling tower design is simple, the water
distribution system is smooth, the whole water distribution process does not
need special requirements, and it is not easy to plug. Water filling is used to
prevent aging and moisture reflux. In places where the temperature is
relatively low, it is easy to take anti-freezing measures. And can design
multiple cooling towers to be used at the same time.
 
2. The counter flow FRP cooling tower operation is relatively simple. The
production cost of the entire equipment can be controlled, and it is usually
used in some large cooling circulation water.
