Q.Is this product with my own design available?

A: OEM & ODM services are available.

Q.What is your Shipping services?

same as the sample/requests. When the products are ready, we will take some to
our lab, to do a lot of quality test. What's more, before packing it up, we
will double check all products details, to ensure the quality

A: Yes. Generally, we promise it 100% rebound within 6 months, for most of our
compressed products. And by usual use, we offer 5 years warranty for our
products.

Q: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, as we mentioned above, all of our products are produced by strict
quality control system and we requests it as 0% defective rate
