Control Valve for Sale

Single Seat Control Valve
The straight-through single-seat control valve is composed of valve body, valve
seat, valve core, guide sleeve, valve cover, valve stem, packing and other
parts. The valve core and the valve stem are connected together.

Self-operated Control Valve
Self-operated control valves all use the feedback signal (pressure, pressure
difference, temperature) from the valve output end to be transmitted to the
actuator through the signal tube to drive the valve flap to change the valve
opening to achieve the purpose of regulating pressure, flow, and temperature.

Pulverized Coal Flow Control Valve
The pulverized coal flow control valve, also known as pulverized coal angle
valve, is installed between the pulverized coal feeding tank and the
gasification furnace in pulverized coal gasification process units.

Fluorine Lined Control Valve
The fluorine-lined control valve has the advantages of compact structure,
lightweight, sensitive action, S streamlined fluid passage, small pressure drop
loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics.

Jacketed Control Valve
The valve core of the pneumatic insulation jacket control valve adopts an upper
guiding structure, the valve structure is compact, and there is an S
streamlined channel so that it has small pressure drop loss, large flow, wide
adjustable range, high flow characteristic accuracy, and meets the IEC534
standard.

Bellows Control Valve
The bellows control valve is a pressure-balanced control valve. The valve body
has a compact structure, the fluid channel is S streamlined, the pressure drop
loss is small, the flow rate is large, and the adjustable range is wide.

Oxygen Control Valve
The oxygen control valve adopts a top-oriented structure and is equipped with a
multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, lightweight,
sensitive action, S streamline flow channel, small pressure drop loss, large
valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and
assembly.

Angle Type Control Valve
The angle type control valve is similar to the single-seat valve except the
valve body is angle type.

3 Way Control Valve
3-Ways Control Valve adopts a double spool up and down guide structure,
equipped with a pneumatic actuator, the valve body is a three-way structure.

Cryogenic Control Valve
Pneumatic film cryogenic control valve is a deformed product of single-seat and
double seat. It is different from the normal temperature in that it uses a
long-necked upper valve cover to make the packing work at a normal temperature.

Eccentric Rotary Plug Control Valve
Eccentric rotary control valve, also known as cam deflection valve, integrates
the advantages of a single valve, butterfly valve, and ball valve, and is
especially suitable for the flow regulating of liquid medium containing solid
particles.
Control Valve Working Principle
The control valve is used to control the flow, pressure and liquid level of the
medium. According to the signal of the adjustment part, the opening of the
automatic control valve is automatically controlled to achieve the adjustment
of the medium flow, pressure and liquid level.

Control valve types are divided into electric control valves, pneumatic control
valve types, control regulating valve types and self-operated control valves.
The valve control system is composed of an electric actuator or a pneumatic
actuator and a control valve.

Control valves are usually divided into two types, straight-through single seat
control valve and straight-through double-seat 2 way flow control valve. The
latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance and
stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for large flow, high
pressure drop and leakage.

Standardization activities for valve control system sizing can be traced back
to the early 1960s when a trade association, the Fluids Control Institute,
published control valve sizing standard for use with both compressible and
incompressible fluids.

The range of service conditions that could be accommodated accurately by these
equations was quite narrow, and the control valve sizing standard did not
achieve a high degree of acceptance.
