This Monday, Arthur sent an email to purchase 1,600 hydraulic threaded
cartridge valves at one time, which was a little unexpected. Arthur came from a
hydraulic equipment manufacturing company in Italy. He met with us at the PTC
exhibition in Shanghai 3 years ago. At that time, he communicated with us for
about half an hour. Then there were several inquiries for hydraulic threaded

left. I wondered if this was really Arthur's client.

More than a month later after visiting the factory, Arthur said that his
company has developed a new hydraulic equipment, which requires high-precision
hydraulic threaded cartridge valve. AAK needs to quote and make samples for
testing as before. AAK sent 16 samples of hydraulic threaded cartridge valves
after 30 days. I still think that this one will be the same as that one year
ago, no big waves. I didn't understand that I made the mistake of "I thought"
until receiving the large order of 1,600 hydraulic threaded cartridge valves
yesterday.

Today, I learned by email that it was not his client who came to visit the
factory last year, but his assistant who often stayed in China. Before the
company developed this hydraulic equipment, his assistant ran to more than 30
hydraulic valve manufacturers in China, especially for this special hydraulic

not found a second one in Ningbo who pays so much attention to detail. That's
why Arthur chose AAK to produce this big order of hydraulic threaded cartridge
valve.
