The chlorinated polyethylene waterproofing
membrane(CPE waterproof membrane) is a colorful elastic waterproof material
made of chlorinated polyethylene resin as the base material, mixed with
chemical additives and fillers, and processed by plastic refining, hot
compounding, calendering, crimping, and other processes. The product divides
into N class homogeneous and L class fiber conforming.
The main material of chlorinated polyethylene, no double bond in its
macromolecular structure, has good aging resistance, oil resistance, and
chemical resistance;blending with rubber, high elasticity, high elongation, and
good low-temperature resistance, and has strong adaptability to foundation
settlement and concrete shrinkage joints.
From this aspect, chlorinated polyethylene rubber blended waterproofing
membrane has the dual characteristics of chlorinated polyethylene and rubber,
is a better waterproof membrane for high speed rail.
 
Features of Waterproof Membrane for High Speed Rail:
1. High tensile strength, strong seepage resistance, good low-temperature
flexibility, small expansion coefficient, strong adaptability to deformation,
big coefficient of friction, can be used with a variety of adhesives, good
bonding effect;

shorten the construction period and save the construction cost.
 
Cautions:
①Configured paint should use up within 20 mins, with the allocation.
②Rainy days, snowy days, more than five winds, the temperature is higher than
35 ℃ or lower than 5 ℃ is not suitable for construction.
③Pay attention to ventilation when storing and transporting, avoid direct
sunlight, and prohibit direct contact with acid, alkali, oil, and chemical
solvent. Place in a cool and dry place, suitable temperature -15℃~35℃. The
storage period is 12 months.
 
Construction Method:
①Preparation: clean up the oil, slick, cement slag, loose layer, etc. On the
base surface, treat and repair the unevenness; do waterproofing reinforcement
layer on specific parts first before large area construction.
②Construction: paste waterproofing materials with polyurethane or cement-based
adhesive. Side painting binder while paving waterproofing materials, while
scraping board in the upper part of the coil back and forth scraping solid,
forbidden to have bulging, blistering and other phenomena, polyurethane
waterproofing coating or cementitious adhesive for sealing.
