Cable Drag Chain

Cable drag chains, or “energy chains”, are mechanical components in
automation technology. They consist of a chain that can only be moved in one
direction. In conventional applications, drag chains are made of plastic
elements. At the top, there is a flap that can be opened at any time. If opened
in this way, any type of cable can be inserted. After securing the cable and
closing the flap, the cable is permanently fixed without damage or drilling.
Typical applications
Drag chain is used for reciprocating motion occasions, the built-in cable, oil
pipe, gas pipe, water pipe, etc. to play a traction, protection. Drag chain has
been widely used in CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, glass machinery,
injection molding machine robot, handling machinery, plastic machinery, lifting
equipment, woodworking machinery, automotive industry, industrial vehicles,
metal processing machinery, machine tools, casting machinery, port equipment,
etc..
