Biomass Pellet Machine

Biomass pellet machines are mainly used to compress biomass materials into
pellet fuel. The processed pellets can serve as fuel for biomass boilers and
are ideal for household heating and industrial energy applications.

Our biomass pellet machines are designed to handle a variety of materials,
including sawdust, bamboo, rice husks, agricultural straw, wood shavings,
peanut shells, grass, coffee waste, etc. While both ring die and flat die
pellet machines can process these materials, some raw materials have low
natural adhesion, and biomass fuel requires high pellet density. Therefore,
ring die pellet machines, with their higher pressure, are better suited for
producing high-quality biomass fuel pellets.
