I. Product Overview
The equipment adopts the Volkswagen Passat car electronic electrical system as
the basis, fully demonstrating the composition structure and working process of
the car instrumentation system, lighting system, wiper system, starter system,
charging system and ignition system.

II. Functional requirements
1. Real runnable car electronic and electrical systems, fully demonstrate the
composition of the car instrumentation system, lighting system, wiper system,
starter system, charging system and ignition system structure.
2. Manipulate various electrical switches and buttons to demonstrate the
working process of automobile instrumentation system, lighting system,
illumination system, wiper system, starting system, charging system and
ignition system.
3. Each electrical component line terminal on the training table panel is
equipped with a measurement port, refer to the supporting circuit diagram or
maintenance information, using oscilloscopes, multimeters and other
instruments, the students can exercise the ability to read diagrams and measure
various signals.
4. There are test terminals installed on the panel of the training table, which
can directly detect the electrical signals of each circuit element of the auto
body electrical system on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current,
frequency signals, etc.
