Automotive basic electrical system training table

I. Product introduction.
　　The practical training system is based on the real car lighting system,
integrating all relevant control switches and actuators into a demonstration
board, which systematically shows the working principle of the car lighting
system.
It can be used for demonstration experiments, fault diagnosis, data
measurement and other practical training operations of automotive headlights,
taillights, hazard warning lights and other systems.
　　
II. Functional features.
　　1. Real runnable automotive lighting system, fully demonstrate the
composition of the automotive lighting system structure and work process.
　　2. Training table integrated placement of the left headlight assembly,
right headlight assembly, front fog light assembly, left rear tail light
assembly, right rear tail light assembly, combined instrumentation, body
control unit, gateway control unit, combined light switch, etc.
　　3. The training bench measurement panel is painted with colorful spray-
painted circuit diagrams, installed with detection terminals, which can
directly detect the electrical signals of each headlight, rear taillight and
body control unit pin on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current,
frequency signals, etc.
　　5. The training bench is equipped with fault setting system, which can set
one and more common faults to simulate the circuit faults of automobile
lighting system to achieve the purpose of examination and assessment.
　　6. The training table is installed with diagnostic socket, which can be
connected to special or general-purpose cars to read fault codes, clear fault
codes, read data streams and other self-diagnostic functions of the automotive
lighting system.
