Functional features
1. Real and operable car automatic air conditioning system, fully display the
composition and working process of car automatic air conditioning system.
2. The three-phase motor is used as the power source to drive the air
conditioning compressor to work. Operate the air conditioning control panel to
truly demonstrate the working process and working principle of the automatic
air conditioning system of the car.
3. The training bench panel adopts 4mm thick high-grade aluminum-plastic panel
with corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fire
prevention and moisture resistance, and the surface is treated by special
process spraying primer; UV flat panel printing with never fading color circuit
diagram and working principle diagram; Students can visually compare circuit
diagrams and physical objects to understand and analyze the working principle
of automotive automatic air conditioning system.
4. The panel of the training bench is equipped with detection terminals, which
can directly detect the electrical signals of each circuit component of the air
conditioning system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals,
etc. on the panel.
5. The training bench panel is equipped with pressure gauge and temperature
gauge, which can display the parameter changes of air conditioning pipeline
pressure and inlet and outlet temperature in real time.
6. The training platform provides a practical work platform for students to
practice filling refrigerant and leak detection.
7. The base in front of the equipment testing panel is equipped with a 20cm
steel table, which is convenient for placing data, testing instruments, etc.
8. The base of the training platform adopts steel structure welding, front /
both sides welded round handguards, the surface is treated by spraying process,
with self-locking caster device, flexible movement, safe and reliable, strong
and durable.
