Product Introduction
The equipment adopts the automotive ABS/ASR/ESP braking system as the basis,
and is equipped with the working principle diagram of the ABS/ASR/ESP system,
which truly shows the working process of the ABS/ASR/ESP system during
emergency braking.
It can meet the teaching functions such as the structural composition and
action demonstration of the ABS/ASR/ESP braking system.
It is suitable for the theoretical teaching of automotive ABS/ASR/ESP braking
system and the teaching needs of inspection and maintenance training.
Second, functional characteristics
1. Based on the real car ABS/ASR/ESP braking system, the composition of the
ABS/ASR/ESP braking system is fully displayed.
2. The three-phase asynchronous motor drives the front and rear axles to rotate
to simulate the driving of the car. When the brake pedal is urgently pressed,
the ABS/ASR/ESP system starts to work, the front and rear brake discs keep a
slight rotation, and the brake pedal can feel the continuous bounce, which
truly demonstrates the working process of the ABS/ASR/ESP system of the car.
3. The panel of the training bench is painted with color UV flat panel spray
circuit diagram and hydraulic pipeline diagram, and students can intuitively
compare the circuit diagram and the actual object of ABS/ASR/ESP brake system,
and understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
4. The panel of the training bench is equipped with a detection terminal, which
can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of each sensor and
control unit, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc. on
the panel.
5. The training bench is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can display the
hydraulic changes of the brake master cylinder and four brake sub-pumps in real
time.
6. The panel of the training bench is equipped with fault indicator light and
diagnostic base, which can be connected to a special or general automotive
decoder to perform ECU code query, read fault code, clear fault code, read data
flow, perform component testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis and other
self-diagnosis functions of the ABS electronic control system.
7. Equipment panel cabinet: 1.5mm cold plate stamping and forming, maintenance
door set on the back; the base is welded by steel structure, the surface is
treated by spraying process, with self-locking caster device, flexible
movement, safe and reliable, strong and durable.
8. The clutch is used to connect the brake disc and the motor output shaft,
which can realize the brake differential of each wheel, and the brake pedal
