Automobile assembly is the last link of all the manufacturing processes of the
whole vehicle, and it is also a relatively important link. It is the process of
combining thousands of parts that have been inspected and tested according to
the specified precision standards and related technical requirements into some
large and small assemblies, and then assembling these assemblies into
automobiles. In this process, each procedure must be strictly tested to ensure
that it is qualified. The advantage of a car, in addition to relying on
advanced product design and well-manufactured parts, is also indispensable to a
good assembly process. The assembly production organization, production line,
equipment, detection means, assembly automation degree, etc. will all be
important topics in the research of automobile manufacturing.



There are many kinds of parts in automobile assembly, the quantity is large,
and the operation is relatively complicated. In addition to large systems such
as engine, transmission system, suspension, body, steering system, and brake
system, interior parts, electrical appliances, wiring harnesses, software, etc.
must also be assembled. tube, glass etc. The content includes interference fit,
welding, riveting, inlay, screw connection, etc. Therefore, the workload is
still very large (generally accounting for about a quarter of the entire
automobile manufacturing workload).



Generally speaking, the automobile assembly process mainly includes the
following major assembly lines: engine assembly line, door subassembly line,
instrument panel subassembly line, interior decoration subassembly line and
rear axle subassembly line, and which final assembly line is thickened and the
final Test line.



The final assembly line is composed of interior decoration line, chassis line,
exterior decoration line, door line, inspection line, rain line, etc. The
