1. The real operable electronically controlled automatic transmission, driven
by an adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motor, can carry out practical
operation under working conditions such as gear display, neutral start, forward
gear operation, reverse gear operation, etc., and fully display the composition
structure and working process of the automatic transmission.
2. The motor directly drives the transmission, and the motor and the
transmission are directly fixed through the coupling.
3. The rated current value specified on the motor nameplate can be set by the
inverter, and the electronic thermal overload relay can be used to prevent the
motor overload, in order to prevent the impact during the start/stop of the
mechanical equipment, the acceleration / deceleration can be carried out
through the inverter setting.
4. The panel of the training bench adopts high-grade aluminum-plastic panel
that is resistant to impact, pollution, fire and moisture, and the surface is
treated with a special process spraying primer; The panel is printed with a
color circuit diagram of the unfading UV flat panel spray; Students can
visually compare circuit diagrams and real objects to understand and analyze
the working principle of automatic transmission control system.
5. The panel of the training bench is equipped with a detection terminal, which
can directly detect the electrical signals of each sensor, actuator and control
unit pin, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc. on the
panel.

gauges, which can display real-time changes in engine speed, vehicle speed,
automatic transmission gear, main oil channel pressure and other parameters.
