Auto Suspension Coil Springs For Suspension System

Coil spring is made of spring steel, can be made of constant stiffness of
equal pitch or variable stiffness of variable pitch. Coil springs vary in
wire thickness, number of coils and their density. A shock absorber is built
into the spring, so that the body is separated from the road in some way and
the car moves more smoothly on the road.
The spiral spring itself has no shock absorption effect, only has the buffer
effect, so in the spiral spring suspension must be equipped with shock
absorber. The combination of spiral spring and shock absorber is a great
combination to make full use of their characteristics, can timely buffer the

The automotive suspension system consists of three basic components: coil
springs, damping components and guide components. The most important one is
the steel auto coil spring. Made of thick steel wire, they are simple in
structure and can be formed into the proper shape. Steel auto coil springs
vary in wire thickness, number of coils and their density. A shock absorber
