Basic Information of 4mm Aluminum Sheet
4mm Aluminum Sheet is a combination of increased strength, corrosion
resistance, and machinability making it the most widely used aluminium
grade. Furthermore, it is heat treatable, resists cracking due to stress, is
easy to weld and machine, but limited on formability. It also offers good
weldability, resistance to corrosion, and low cost. Hanxi Steel can provide
aluminum sheet price in different specifications and dimensions as per
customer’s application specific use at leading market rates.
The use of aluminum in automobiles is increasing year by year. There are
many models that use aluminum locally or as a whole. The aluminum materials
used in the body are basically aluminum alloys, and the required performance
can be achieved by increasing or decreasing the ratio of alloying elements
and adopting appropriate heat treatment processes. At present, the aluminum
alloys used for automobile body sheets mainly include Al-Cu (2000 series),
Al-Mg (5000 series) and Al-Mg-Si (6000 series).

The coils will be delivered after rolling process without any other
treatment.
Slitted Coil
The rolled coil can be sliced into several individual coils after
The slitting process. The maximum thickness is 12.7mm for the slitted coils.

Blank in shape of Rectangle, Circle, Square, Trapezoid reference to
customers requirement.
