Description:
The aging furnace is direct burner gas type.
1. The major function is for the final hardening treatment of the semi finished
products.
2. The internal furnace temperature may be kept evenly distributed by means of
hot air circulation.
3. The inside furnace wall is filled with hot air insulation material to ensure
excellent temperature preservation effects.
4. To proceed with conveying that has taken energy saving and safety into
consideration.
It is sold very well in domestic market and had been exported to South
America, Southeast Asia etc.

From 2 Ton to 50 Ton processing capacity, 4-24 baskets. Our product has stable
aging performance according to customers feedback. Maximun the quality of high-
end construction profile and industrial profile.

manufacturing process. The age oven is fabricated in our plant and then re-
installed in client's site as desired. The fuel options including:
electricity, gas and diesel oil.
