AFEZYME SPHY Phytase

AFEZYME SPHY Phytase (Super heat stable phytase) were successfully developed by
FAC（ Finely Animal Care). It is widely used in animal feed industry. It can
effectively replace DCP & MCP and save cost, and meanwhile can provide extra
nutritional items that released while cutting phosphors off. AFEZYME series
developed through a targeted Aspergillus niger strain which is of high safety
and better stability.

Specification

Strain: Aspergillus niger (A safer strain)

Working PH: 2.0-7.5 (more suitable for anterior digestive trace where is the
main ation part of bird and swine, therefore ensure very high efficiency)

Phytase Granular (10,000U/g): 50-70 meshes, free-flowing micro-granular

Phytase Powder (10,000-200,000U/g): free-flowing

Phytase Liquid (20,000/150,000): liquid form

Color: yellowish or brown granular/powder/liquid


Product Characteristics

* AFEZYME SPHY Phytase has very good appearance and of very good free-flowing
characteristic. It is with smart micro-granular that can be well and evenly
mixed in feed raw material, which ensure a good contact with existing phytate.
Please notice that it is very important factor that can affect the phytate
releasing efficiency.

* AFEZYME SPHY Phytase, because when improving heat stability we do not change
the suitable working temperature.

* Have very wide range of PH, 2-7.5

* Has super heat stability, can remain more that 90% activity after 85 degree
water bath for 5 mins. Meanwhile the stability in the granular feed is
excellent
