Self-aligning ball bearing

1. Main Features

(1) Self aligning ball bearing has two kinds of structures:cylindrical pore and
tapered pore. Retainers are mainly made of steel sheet, synthetic resin,etc.
Its feature is the outer ring raceway spherical surface and automatical
adjusted, so it can compensate for the deviation caused by different axial
angle. The relative gradient of inner and outer ring should not exceed 3
degree.
(2) It can bear radial load and small axial load at the same time. The axial
displacement is limited within the clearance limitation and it can adjusted
automatically. It allows inner and outer ring work under the circumstances of
relative tilt. It suits for bearing seat hole which can not be strictly to
ensure concentricity components.

2. Main Application

Owning to its specific structure, the self aligning ball bearing can be used in
some relative field and some general lines. For example, precision meter, low
noise motor, automobile, motor bicycle, mining, rolling mill, oil, paper
making, cement, sugar producing.

3. Classification of bearing

According to the size of bearings, it can be divided into minimal series and
general series. The minimal series is 10x,12x,13x. The general series is
12xx,13xx,22xx,23xx. So you can choose suitable bearing according to particular
application.

Extending the bearing use life methods

1)The installation of the bearing is correct, affect precision, life,
performance

Don't allow powerful punch, such as hammer striking ,transfer roller pressure
Use the accurate installation tool , avoid to use cloth kind and short fibers
Keep the bearing clean
Pay attention to rust by high quality after mineral oil,especially in summer
2) Basic state monitoring bearing such as the out temperature,vibrate,noise
inspection

3) Lubricating bearing,keep the bearing clean

Keep clean,no dust
Avoid bearing affecting dirt,pollutant,moisture
Don't be too cooling bearing
After installation,fill the bearing with lubricant
