AAK Multifunctional Hydraulic Cartridge Valve, benefit all 3 Parties

Monroe is from Sweden and has been purchasing hydraulic threaded cartridge
valves from Ningbo for 3 years. In January of this year, their customer wanted
to place a repeat order for one of their hydraulic unit equipment, but
requested a 20% price reduction. Monroe wanted to reduce the price of the check
valve, relief valve, and solenoid unloading valve in the hydraulic unit by 30%
to meet customer requirement, but the original hydraulic threaded cartridge
valve manufacturer cannot accept the new price.

Monroe contacted AAK for inquiry. When I saw his target price, I directly
informed him that this price could not be achieved. Monroe did not give up and
emailed me again. After communication, it was learned that his customer
requested a 20% price reduction for the equipment. I felt a bit strange, but
immediately realized that last November, AAK customized an integrated multi-
function hydraulic threaded cartridge valve for a Spanish customer, replacing
the 3 standard hydraulic threaded cartridge valves in their hydraulic systems.
I suggested him sending me the schematic diagram of their equipment hydraulic
system for a look. At first, he wasn't willing to do so, but when I sent him
the customized case for this Spanish customer, he immediately compromised.

After discussion, AAK engineers found that Monroe's problem was similar to that
Spanish customer. As long as the functions of the check valve, relief valve,
and solenoid unloading valve in the equipment are integrated into a hydraulic
threaded cartridge valve, not only can cost be reduced, but also the hydraulic
oil circuit is more simplified. After 45 days, AAK sent 10 samples of hydraulic
threaded cartridge valves.

Last week, Monroe emailed me that AAK hydraulic threaded cartridge valve was
installed on their hydraulic unit, and the equipment functionality was not
affected. He gave the customer a 30% discount, and the customer was surprised
by the extra 10% discount and pleased to place the repeat order. Monroe told me

1. The hydraulic threaded cartridge valve sleeve is provided with a
communication valve hole, a working port of the oil cylinder, a hydraulic
control port of the oil tank, an oil inlet port, and an oil return port. A
check valve spool is provided in the valve hole to control the on-off of the
oil inlet and the working port for oil feeding or unloading. In this way, the
one-way control function is realized, replacing the check valve of the original
structure.

2. The hydraulic threaded cartridge valve is provided with an overflow valve
spool, which connects the valve hole and the oil return port to provide a
damping hole for unloading. At one end of the damping hole, there is an
unloading valve spool that controls the opening and closing of the damping hole
and the oil return port. The check valve spool is provided with a connecting
channel that connects the valve hole and the working port for overflow or
unloading. This achieves the unloading function, replacing the original
structure of the solenoid unloading valve.

3. When the check valve spool is separated from the working port, the oil inlet
port and the working port are connected to the unloading hydraulic control
valve spool, and the connection between the valve hole and the overflow valve
spool of the oil return port can also be disconnected. This achieves the
overflow function and replaces the original structure of the relief valve.
