AAK Hydraulic Valve Manufacturer 4 Understandings about Reliability

Last Friday, Tim from Mexico needed me to help him find a manufacturer of
modular hydraulic valves in Ningbo China. Tim has been purchasing hydraulic
cartridge valves from AAK for 5 years, and he knows that I did not intend to
supply modular hydraulic valves that AAK cannot produce. I asked Tim about his
requests or standards about modular hydraulic valves. His answer is in one
word: reliable.
 
A reliable hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer should have several levels
of expertise. Firstly, what is reliability? What I understand as reliable is a

achieving, and knowing and achieving.
 
On the weekend, you go for afternoon tea with a friend, and the friend asks,
"Do you think you are a reliable person? You may blurt it out immediately, of
course I am reliable! But are you really sure? The vast majority of people
instinctively feel that they are reliable, and few say they are not reliable.
 
For example, if you are the business leader of a hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturer, during the development cycle of a hydraulic cartridge valve, the
customer suddenly has new requirements. Based on your professional experience
and current process configuration, you believe that the customer did not
consider it carefully and hastily executed it, which has more harm than
benefit. May I ask, what will be your first reaction state and next actions? Do
what the customer requested you to do, or give customer advice? Do you think
this is reliable? The answer is, not necessarily. This doesn't work, that
doesn't work, so what is reliability? A and B fight, the answer is hidden in C.
Learn to creatively propose win-win solutions. How can we not only meet
customer expectations, but also reduce the risk points in our heart as the
hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer? I firmly believe that as long as our
thoughts do not slide, there are always more solutions than difficulties. This
is reliable. This is the first level of reliability: receiving and achieving.
Those who achieve this level will be more likely to be trusted by customers.
 
Whether a person is humble and reliable depends on their wording. For example,
like to say 'whole'. What are you responsible for? “I am responsible for the
entire hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer's technology”, but actually just
responsible for drawing drawings. For example, like to greatly round. For
example, consider the future as the present. For example, completely
disregarding one's promises. A person who speaks big, empty, or lies often
speaks very well, but doing things poorly, this is unreliable. Reliable people
never make promises easily. Although they can score 8 or 9 points, but always
leave room for 5 or 6 scores. This is the 2nd level of reliability: achieving
what is said.
 
Being able to think of what others think of is actually due to strong
perception and high emotional intelligence. Many times, before your superiors

able to think of unexpected things is actually the meaning of responsibility.
Responsibility is not responsible for what comes to mind. Responsibility is
being responsible for those 'unexpected things'. A reliable person's thinking
is like a fishing net, picking up important things and projecting their
attention onto them. Concentrate efforts and do everything possible to ensure
completion. This is the 3rd level of reliability: thinking and achieving.
 
Do what I know, and persist in what I firmly believe. For example, knowing the
wrong material selection will affect the service life of hydraulic cartridge
valves, knowing that the equipment is not precise will affect the accuracy of
hydraulic cartridge valves, knowing that the machining accuracy is not in place
will affect the functionality of hydraulic cartridge valves. Some hydraulic
cartridge manufacturers know everything but cannot change anything. This is not
reliable either. Knowing should be turn into action. This is the 4th level of
reliability: knowing and achieving.
 
In business, reliability is a more valuable quality than intelligence. When a
person is reliable, which actually means stability, makes others feel at ease
for what they do. The orders for hydraulic cartridge valves handed over to you
can be completed on time, in quantity, and as expected. There were no
accidents, let alone scares. Reliable people are always the same, while
unreliable people each drop their own chains. Being reliable in any state is a
requirement for those who are constantly improving. Making customers trust and
companies reuse, the most basic quality is reliability. There are thousands of
intelligent people, but few reliable ones. A reliable person can be seen by
powerful people, opportunities and resources, and can make things develop in a
direction that benefits them. Only reliable people can go further.
